Full-design events (Wildflower) start at $2,800. Yes. NYC (all five boroughs) and PA up to the Lehigh Valley / Bethlehem are routine for us. We've installed in Manhattan high-rises, Brooklyn brownstones, Hoboken rooftops, Princeton homes, and Philadelphia event venues. Travel beyond 25 miles is added as a flat travel fee on the mockup — nothing hidden.
It's a real photographic-style rendering of your venue (we'll ask for a photo or a Google Street View) with the balloon mosaic, garland, backdrop, and props placed exactly as we'd build them on the day. You'll see colors, sizes, and proportions before you commit a dollar. We do this on every inquiry, even the ones that don't book us — it's how we make sure you and we are seeing the same thing.
Saturdays in May–October book out 8–12 weeks ahead. Weekday installs and off-season weekends often have 2–3 week availability. The first thing we'll do on your inquiry is confirm whether your date is open before getting deep into design.
Yes — we work alongside your florist and venue coordinator. Wedding installs are typically Wildflower-tier (from $2,800) and include welcome signage, a focal-point installation (entrance arch, sweetheart-table backdrop, or both), and coordinated garland work. We've worked at NJ banquet halls, NY brownstones, and outdoor PA estates.
For outdoor events we always agree on a covered Plan B (tent, garage, indoor backup) at the time of booking. Latex balloons handle moisture for short windows but won't survive a downpour; we'll be honest about what's possible. No date changes within 14 days, but we will move your install to your indoor backup at no charge.

We get this every week and the answer is yes. Send us the photo with your inquiry. The mockup will show how close we can get with available balloon shades. Sometimes we'll suggest a substitution that photographs better — we'll always explain why.
50% deposit holds the date and is non-refundable once we begin design. Cancellations more than 30 days out can transfer to a future date within 12 months. Within 30 days, the deposit is forfeited — we've turned away other bookings to hold your date.
